You may return items within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, have not been installed, unmodified, and in their original condition for a full refund of the purchase price.
If the return is due to ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the item, a 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is paid by the buyer. The restocking fee can be waived for store credit.
If the return is due to product issues, fitment errors, or damage, the seller will cover the return shipping and issue a refund or exchange. In these cases, a return shipping label will be provided by the seller.
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) or RMA number, which must be obtained from our customer service and clearly marked on the return package. Returns without an RGA or RMA number will not be processed.
Special order items and items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be eligible for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments.
Clearance or closeout items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Wheels must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unmounted, condition. Wheels that have been mounted to tires can not be returned.
TRUCKS PRO SHOP is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.

You may request an order cancellation or modification provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. If you are unsure about an order, please contact our sales department before placing it.
Orders that are backordered, pre-ordered, or shipped from the manufacturer may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee due to manufacturer charges.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please follow our return procedure.
